(harvested in July):
Meadow honey is multi-flower honey collected from many
plant flowers , pleasant taste, yellowish- brown color.
There are a lot of flavors , many B and C vitamins. This
type of honey is valuable for debilitated people and for treating colds. Linden
honey – it is one of the most valuable and best varieties of honey. Bees
collect it from the nectar of greenish yellow flowers of the queen of
 honey plants, as the people rightly called linden. Linden honey has
various beneficial properties. This is one of the first types of honey that
people appreciated and have enjoyed for thousands of years.
CLOVER – WILDFLOWER
NECTAR HONEY (harvested in May):
Meadow honey is a multi-flower SPRING BLOSSOM honey collected from many plant flowers , pleasant taste, light yellowish – brown color. There are a lot of flavors , many B and C vitamins. This type of honey is valuable for debilitated people and for treating colds.

Dark-colored honey that is sweet and delicious. With a
range of vitamins and minerals, as well as polyphenols antioxidants, honey made
from buckwheat flowers has many health benefits, too. In fact, this type of
honey is now recommended for children under six years of age as a healthier
alternative to cough syrup. One of the main health benefits of buckwheat honey
is related to the honey’s dark color.It has been established that dark honeys
are generally richer in antioxidants than lighter colored honeys. Darker honeys
such as buckwheat also tend to contain more vitamins and minerals in addition
to antioxidants. This honey is a minor source of eighteen amino acids. It’s
good for people with blood pressure, heart problems. The taste is strong, well
matured and exceptional comparing to light types of honey.
The bees in my small apiary are
never fed with white or inverted sugar
or any other artificial substances during the season. Honey is never
heated, not mixed nor filtered and it is absolutely free of GMO because
Lithuanian Ministry of Agriculture and the parliament has adopted a resolution refusing GMO crop in Lithuania.
