I apologize for the price increase. I am spending a minimum of $50 a week more in gasoline going to and from the beach and the river than I was last year. Thank you for your understanding.

The difference between the river shark teeth and beach shark teeth is quite dramatic. Beach shark teeth tend to be smaller and more worn due to the waves and sand. However, they are much more colorful and look like they have been polished. River/land site shark teeth teeth are not as brightly colored as beach shark teeth but they are black, brown, gray or tan and do not have that polished look to them as the beach shark teeth have. However, river/land site shark teeth are much more defined and most can still cut you or poke through your skin. Land site shark teeth look like they just fell out of the shark’s mouth as there is no tumbling in the river.
All of these teeth are fossilized and are from the Miocene Epoch (5 million to about 25 million years ago). These teeth are not whole, complete nor are they of jewelry grade. These teeth are those of Sand Tiger, Hammerhead, Lemon, Tiger, Whaler as well as other types of sharks. Whaler sharks include but not limited to Bull, Reef, Dusky, Black Tip and White tip sharks. Whaler shark teeth are difficult to identify as their teeth are very similar to one another. Most people just call them Bull shark teeth. Not every order will contain all of the above mentioned teeth.
We “clean” our daily collections. What that means is that we pick out the broken bits and pieces. We do not pick out the whole shark teeth to sell at a higher price. What we find at the beach is what we sell you. We

include bonus a item and since I don’t know how to count, there will
ALWAYS
be more than 50 teeth. I always add a few extras in case one of two bad shark teeth slip by us in the cleaning stage.
Because this is an educational tool, we have included some important facts and issues regarding sharks and their importance to all humans on planet earth.
We do not sell or offer white modern shark teeth due to the inhumane most sharks are harvested. Killing sharks for their fins, jaws and teeth damages the oceans as these predators are extremely important to the ocean’s ecosystem.
The above photos are close up stock photos. We add a variety of sizes of shark teeth, not all are going to be large and not are going to be small. Most of your shark teeth will be between 1/4″ and 1/2″, some may be larger and some will be smaller. We do our best to include a variety of different shark teeth.
MOST orders are shipped in one business day. However, there are times where it may take a little longer to process your order.
